your opinion on the older generation being mad about the phrass "ok boomer" ??
Hahaha I joke about this with my partner a lot, we think it’s funny. I’m born on the cusp of Millennial and Gen Z (which I have lovingly dubbed myself as a Zoomer) so I get a lot of flack with the stereotypical “oh y’all lazy and useless” BS
BUT I’m also the child of immigrants and have seen my parents struggle to make ends meet and raise me so I’ve never really heard the whole spiel from my parents, but have definitely heard it from older generation people in different situations.
I think “okay boomer” is our generation’s way of just saying “fuck it, you’re not gonna listen so fuck you” I kinda dig it, because we haven’t fucked it up, we were dealt shitty cards and trying like hell to make ends meet/save our planet/change a backwards society. Anyone who doesn’t agree can just shut up and hear me yell “okay boomer” 😂😂😂
