I love the scene where Caleb takes Nott to that fancy bathhouse for a spa day because we get so much good early characterisation from their very on-brand self care methods, like

Caleb: cautiously allowing himself to relax a little and get clean for the first time in months, feels safe enough to let his guard down and spend a few pleasant hours reading and transcribing spells

Nott: dips her toe very cautiously in the water then immediately nopes out, empties the fancy cucumber water on the floor and snarfs down all the cucumbers, steals everything that's not nailed down including the fucking doorknob
