Congrats!!!!!! I’m so happy for you guys!
thank you so much!!!!!
Today we went to Garnet, a ghost town and walked a lot and saw old stuff and rocks and nature and then went to HuHot and then the M and then hung out and it was 14 hours of friends. That is a lot of hours.
We’re out to dinner and Kristen is wearing michael’s Einstein shirt.
Michael (to the waitress, pointing): do you like her shirt? Waitress (looks at the shirt, to Michael, to the shirt): ….you have your own shirt… Michael (sort of embarrassedly) …yeah.
So many cool things are going on right now...
- Kristen's birthday is coming up next week and I nailed all of the gifts I got her, I hope.
- Raven is currently in California filming a music video for the remix I made of her song "Average Guy". Not the album version... but my remix. That's so awesome.
- Trippy launched his charity shirts last night and has raised north of $50,000 for brain cancer research in, like, 18 hours. Happy DFTBA can help him with that. Well over 3,000 orders have been placed already. (If you're doing the math, the shirts are $20, but they do cost a bit to manufacture, so the full $20 per shirt isn't being donated. However, 100% of the profits after manufacturing and order fulfillment fees will be donated by Trippy.)
- Five days from now will be DFTBA's 5 year anniversary. We'll be celebrating it a week late, during the Black Friday/Small Business Saturday/Cyber Monday weekend. But yeah, the 24th is officially five years since this silly little wannabe record label was launched from my bedroom.
- My mom has, after decades of being obese, started working out regularly at a gym and at home over the last few months. She now weighs less than I do for the first time ever. I'm really super proud of her. It has helped her chronic back pain and overall mood/health. And after our phone call today, I was definitely wanting to hit the treadmill extra hard!

This. This is what I've been saying from the beginning, and I'm so glad it was in the episode too.
