“Your ship has a phenomenal Chief Medical Officer.”
❝ Oh my God, was his face made out of cement? ❞ Anna held her hand tightly to her chest after having decked someone in the face for having said all the wrong things to her. Bars were breeding grounds for flirting and hookups, but couldn’t a girl just have a drink and chill? Well, she might have flirted with someone eventually, but Anna being Anna, of course, she was going to end up getting into some type of altercation. She looked up catching sight of the blonde guy staring at her. ❝ What? Are you next? I still have one fist left that isn’t throbbing. ❞ // @borncfstars ♥’d
“We gonna see dem aliens.” (jim u see them all the times)
AREA 51 STARTERS | open
“I-I’m sure you must’ve seen many of them by now…”
It seemed to be that the excitement to explore the universe and meet the countless of different lifeforms than inhabited every galaxy never faded away. Ghosty had seen her own share of ‘aliens’ through her journeys, rarely feeling unimpressed by them.
Although… She didn’t know if the word ‘alien’ would apply to them if they were the visitors from outer space. While there could be beings that looked close to a human person, if they came from a different world, they would certainly be ‘aliens’ to each other.
“Aren’t you an ‘alien’ as well, Captain Kirk?”

@borncfstars sent ' zzz ' for a tired starter.
Her interaction with the Aether might be in her past now, but the side affects still lasted. Up for almost whole days or more, followed by her human body giving out when it called enough. But she's trying. This conversation is an important one: talking to someone who's been to space! She might have done it before, but every time it comes up, it's not something she can pass on. Jane sways slightly as she eyes flutter for a second. ❝ No, please, keep talking. My body will shut down when it's absolutely ready. ❞
“is everything okay?”
POST - TRAUMA SENTENCE STARTERS // @borncfstars
❝ I don’t want to sound dramatic but no, my life is far from okay right now because everything I thought I have ever known is a complete lie. ❞ Anna was being honest, even if the people who claimed to love her hadn’t been. Her entire life she believed things were how they were right before her very eyes and then in one explosive night they weren’t. People weren’t who they said they were and she had been forced to live this life here on earth instead of up there in unexplored space with everyone else. ❝ Growing up I had this friend who would always come around. He was a lot older than me and became this father figure in my life. He’s always been the father I’ve needed. He’s a Starfleet captain, ❞ Anna informed Jim, finally actually turning her head to look at him, a bit of a sad smile on her face though.
❝ He used to tell me stories of his adventures and the different planets he’d been to. He told me his life was there in the stars and they could be for me, too, if I really wanted it. But I had people who chained me down here, thinking all I’d ever be was a mechanic’s daughter. Don’t get me wrong. I love engineering and working on all kinds of vehicles, but I’ve always wanted more. It’s just...nobody else wanted me to have more. They didn’t believe in me. And why’s that? ❞ Angry tears burned in her eyes and she told herself that she was not going to cry. Not in front of him, not even when she was alone.
❝ Because the man I’ve grown up calling my dad is not even my biological dad. My real dad? My biological dad? He’s the one who has told me my entire life that he believed in me and that my life could be up there in the stars with him. All along he’s been my dad. All along I could have had a life with him in Starfleet, but I’ve been stuck here on earth the entire time, because of them...because I...because I just thought too low of myself to ever think I could aspire to Starfleet material. It sounds pathetic, I know, and I know I’m rambling on and you hardly even know me, but...it’s better than keeping these thoughts inside. ❞
❛how hard is it to do a wheelie on a motorcycle? how many feet can you go, doing a wheelie, without crashing?❜
“I’ve never met a motorcycle! So I have no idea. Do you know any motorcycles?”
“I’ll be fine, I just need to lay down for a bit.”
“Oh, um. I’m not really equipped to handle a sick human--I’ve never had to do that before. Is there something I should do? Something I need to get? Do you want blankets? I have those--maybe I should call Ratchet? Will you need a doctor? Is there one on your ship, maybe that’d be better to call--”
