According to Delta’s inclusive language guide:

“Use gender-neutral language and pronouns. Do not use language that suggests a gender binary (male-female).”

Delta’s Chief Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Social Impact Officer Keyra Lynn Johnson has said publicly Delta is striving to “boldly pursue equity” and wants to remove the use of “ladies and gentlemen” to be more inclusive."

As a nation, as a DEMOCRACY, we should be doing everything in our power to INCREASE voter turnout; make it easier for ALL American citizens to vote. NOT restrict and deny that right.  Democracy can not exist, wholly exist, when we deny people that right. When one political party loses, it does not give anyone the right to “change the rules.” That is democracy working.  Voter suppression is NOT democratic.
