kinda glad i found out i have bpd after the period where personality disorders & other mental illnesses were treated as identities on this site because the anti-recovery aspect of that time yoinked me up enough without having personality disorders in the mix too
Having bpd is really exhausting. One minute we're cool the next you did something to make me hate you. Sometimes I can't pinpoint what you did so I can't explain to you why I hope you just fucking disappear from my life. I'm so exhausted with who I've become and who I am. Living with it is really hard.
