PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE CHRONIC ILLNESS/PAIN/ANYTHING ALONG THOSE LINES
The longer this injury goes on the more I think it might be chronic pain, but I also don’t want to say I have chronic pain if I don’t.
I should’ve been able to sit on the floor okay months ago. I still can’t stand up from a padded chair without feeling like I’m breaking my tailbone again.
I don’t know what to do and I feel like shit and if I’m sitting I have to shift around every five minutes and I hate this and at this point I hope it’s chronic pain so my parents stop thinking I’m pretending it hurts to get out of school.
Every time I sit for over an hour I typically can’t sit any longer without feeling intense pain whenever I try to move.
It takes me four tries to get up from a chair.
I don’t feel okay. I’m on like five different meds for this alone and it hasn’t improved at all.
if you have any tips or any advice PLEASE tell me. I’m lost and in pain and just tell me what to do. Does this count as chronic pain? How long does it have to be to be considered chronic? How bad does it have to be? Gods I just need help.
