oh yeah i meant to say before, i think rosie's eye is going to be okay. it looked absolutely awful, all red and swollen, but it turns out it's "just" pinkeye and not something worse, and seems to be better today. we have some cream for her and she tolerates me putting it on her very well, she thought it was just part of petting time and settled down for pets as i rubbed it on her. she's such a sweetie and i'm glad she hasn't been very bothered by having the sore eye and is still eating and playing like usual

the vet called this morning to tell me the ct scan results and i have what feels like an impossible decision to make. i’m a mess and i need to take some time to process it

I've been having a mentally rough time lately. That was until last night. Last night my bf surprised me by telling me he's gonna take the two of us to Fan Expo in Boston, because some of the cast of Clone Wars (Ahsoka, Anakin, and Obi-wan) and Hayden Christensen will be there, and he's gonna do his best to make sure I meet all four.

We initially planned on our convention for this year to be the Silver Screams Con, but on further viewing, that con's hotel is all full. We took this as a sign, especially since...well Star Wars means SO much to us <3 We're gonna try and get him Cody's armor (he LOVES Cody, and he helps that he can pass as a clone with the helmet off haha) and I'll prolly buy myself another bandage dress cause I can pass as a lower level Coruscant girl. Yay for that goth bimbo life LOL

The whole entire conversation my husband was talking like Obi-Wan and making jokes too, topping it ALL off with "This is the way, my wife." I nearly slugged him LOL

I'm so glad the convo with my boyfriend wasn't in person, because husband and boyfriend are best friends and they would have not stopped when it came to making puns and I wouldn't have heard the end of it.

UPDATE

So I wanted to update everyone why I’ve been really quite post wise and update my commissioners about why its been taking some time to get their commissions done. Simple put, Life had recently become very stressful for me these past two months.

In short my job, lost an employee at front desk duty and hasn’t found a replacement. Since I am the only one with the most experience at the desk they have me to taking that place for now and still want me to continue management and perform my normal duties. Which has been hard to juggle. Not only this, but for the past two weeks my mother had caught COVID and I had to basically play mother in my home cooking, cleaning, organizing, and looking out for the care of both my grandmother and mother. All the while worrying about the welfare of my mother and dealing with the stresses of my job at time.

There has been more going on regarding my life then just these two. But its too personal to post here and share with. But I can assure everyone that things are slowly getting better for me. As of today my mother has been cleared of COVID thankfully and I am adapting to the double duties of my job. So I do hope to be back to my drawings and for my commissioners. My goal is to get all my commissions done by the end of next month.
