いただいて飾っておくだけだったバターナッツかぼちゃをプリンにしてみた 🍮 今回は蒸し器仕上げ。見た目はスポンジケーキ風だけど、味や食感はプリンっぽく出来ました。カラメル作るのが面倒だったので、ケーキシロップで代用しちゃった 😉 本当は、かぼちゃといえばハロウィンなんだけど、ちょっと間に合わなかったな〜😅

Thai Pumpkin Soup with Coconut Milk

Quick&lazy butternut pumpkin soup🥘

fill water in a cooking pot depending on the amount of soup you would want. Place and turn on stove

rinse your butternut and then chop it

optional to chop and add other vegtables, like roots, squash, eggplant, potatoes etc

throw chopped goods in that pot togheter with stock (see label how many)

add whatever spices e.g salt/soy, pepper, garlic, chive or lemongrass

boil 15 minutes (til the chunks has soften)

then add 1 cup cooking cream

boil more whilst try to mash everything with a masher

Tip: good with homebaked bread near by🍞🥖🎃

now let’s sip and save whats left/ freeze. Or lunchbox it all
