For my last tumblr post I'd like to say a big THANK YOU for having me back for another summer at C@P! It was great to meet everyone, and see the familiar faces of all the returning interns. My experience with C@P has taught me so much, how to be patient, organized, how to plan and execute projects of my own, and how to clean up marker smudges and giltter in record time haha. I'll miss it! Thanks again, hope everyone has a great school year :)

Wow, what can I say? It's been a great summer with all of you! It was definitely an experience. I met a lot of amazing people in my site and definitely gained some more experience with the public. Good luck to everyone, and look forward to hopefully seeing you all next year !

So follow up on last weeks 3-d printing cyber camp at the Glace Bay Library, here are the two girls doing some crafts!
Glace Bay Library 3-D Printing Cyber Camp Success!
Maria and I have had a great couple of days with the two girls that signed up for our 3-d Printing Cyber Camp! They created their own 3d objects on tinker cad, the second day they actually got to paint them and decorate them and even had time to do some great crafts :) ! Awesome job girls! P.S Thank you to Maria for coming out with me:)

The North Sydney Library site is continuing to be busy threw out the summer. A lot of the hustle and bustle around here is due to the local community helping me to promote the C@P site. Donna who works with the library, added a few lines about me, the C@P site and the walkabout program to her article in the Cape Breton Post, Friday July 26th. It's great to see the word is getting around!

Celebration in The Street !
Celebration in the street was a pretty good time in Dominion. Between myself, Chantelle, Jill, Brandon, and Maria we managed to paint plenty of faces and sell more tickets on the mechanic tool box! To finish the day the 5 of us ended up standing under Brandon's umbrella while we pumped up Maria's tires ! (Haha, evidence to come later?)
Plummer Avenue Day !
So yesterday (July 18th) Chantelle, Maria, and I went to plummer avenue day in New Waterford to set up a table and do some face painting along with selling MANY tickets on the toolbox donated! Turned out to be a pretty decent day, we became very busy with face painting and also sold many tickets! So proud:)
