McPhearson/Year 4/Week 4/Day 6

Oh my gosh!  Can it really be the last day with the McPhearson family!?  It’s still before sunrise and Cale is already off to work.  Scott is sleeping and Dora is where else...her rocking chairs!

I had to take one more picture because Lao was sleeping on Scott’s dirty laundry..lol!

Dora ate left over birthday cake...breakfast of champions there!

Scott got up and worked on his homework before leaving for school.

I popped on over to the Mora household because they’re up next in rotation and I was getting bored.  Well nice to see that Corinne and Randal are still sneaking around together.  They don’t seem to concerned about getting caught!

I hopped over to the firestation to find Cale working out.

Geesh what a boring last day with the McPhearsons.

Until Dewey Foster blocked the door to the bathroom and Cale PEED HIMSELF!  Bahahahaha!  Poor guy!  I sent him straight home as discreetly as I could to shower.

Dora was busy making Goopy Carbonara while Scott did some more homework.  I kept trying to get his face, he didn’t look thrilled.

All cleaned up and ready for dinner!

Dora was already off to bed, meanwhile, Scott relaxed after completing homework by watching Soap Opera’s..or is that a chick flick..who knows! 

Goodbye McPhearson’s!  I’ll pop in when Dora gives birth!  We’re off to our final week of Thicket with the Mora Household!

McPhearson/Year 4/Week 3/ Day 4

We’re back with the McPhearson’s and Dora has definitely figured out she’s pregnant!

Aww.. It looks like Lao is waiting for Scott to get up!  Oh, by the way!  Today is Snowflake Day!!

I dipped out on the family for a minute because I couldn’t help but to go make sure little Evan Saavedra aged into a toddler with no issues.  He did, but I wound up discovering I had some wonky cc in my game..sooo...Yeah, that was super fun!  Anyway, everything is all sorted out now and I’m back with the McPhearson’s.  Dora was out visiting with Bobbi Li at the Equestrian Center.  As I’m sure you can tell by Bobbi neglecting the fact it’s freezing!  These pictures were taken before I got my cc issue figured out..ugh.

Meanwhile, over at the Red House Arcade, Cale is spending some more quality time with Scott.  Oh no!  Audrey Jacques is there!  And flirting with Cale AGAIN!!

A swimwear Feast Party on Snowflake Day??  Sounds interesting..LOL!

Hmm...maybe this was a prank on his boss or something.  That’s Karim in the orange Tufunda Wagon leaving just as Cale arrives to stand outside in the snow in his swimming trunks!  At least he was happy about it..LOL!

I decided Cale should have a more rugged..and hairy look.  I think he looks quite handsome!

Finally inside at least!  And tending to the fire.

Scott is finishing up some homework so he’s ready to go back to school tomorrow.

Nora gets some lunch together.

Cale took Scott to the Comic book store later on for a Christmas present!

McPhearson/Year 4/Week 3/Day 6

It’s the last day of winter!  And the night of the annual Founder’s Ball!  Dora is the first one up this morning, watching the cooking station.

Scott got up not long after and played on the computer before heading to school.

Cale is complaining about his cold shower..and I need to fix his work hair.  Spoiler alert,  I still haven’t done so and will probably just leave it because I’m lazy :)

Wow!  What a beautiful morning!

Off to school/work!

Dora’s still just chillin!

She gave Lao a little lovin and then went to eat some leftover pancakes.  She kept gagging on them and I thought it was from the dirty plate on the table, but no..it was the pancakes..they were spoiled!  Sorry Dora for forcing you to finish them!  I hope she doesn’t get food poisoning!

Doing some laundry and then it’s time to invite everyone to the Ball!  I realized as I was doing this that half the guest list won’t be there as they’re sims I’m not playing anymore!  Oh, Well.  Maybe there won’t be drama, but at least we can hope it’s easier on my game!

Woohoo!  Cale got a promotion!

McPhearson/Year 4/Week 4/Day 1

It’s bright and early on the first day of spring..tax day!  Pete may not have made it to the Founder’s Ball, but he’s certainly not missing out on a chance to evade his own taxes or maybe embezzle some of the taxes collected.  Nah!  I decided he’d be good this year.  Several families, though, could not pay taxes this year..they keep buying expensive cars and then have no money left!

Scott was up early to ride bike to school with some of the other neighborhood kids.  Dora watched tv in the new outerwear she picked out for her pregnancy..hmm, I may have to take her into CAS to change that, of course the weather is warming up so she won’t be wearing it for much longer!

The snow is finally melting as Cale is off to work.  Or, skipping work and painting at the Threadwork’s Pavilion!  Cale!

He’s earned a trophy at work!  I had to display it at their home.

Oh no!  The Hilliard house is on fire!!  Our illustrious Thicket FD seems concerned..LOL!  I seriously have too many firefighters here!  

Looks like it’s Cale to the rescue!

Dora is catching up on some writing.  In outerwear again, I just couldn’t leave her awful outfit!  Much better!  Well this has been an active first day of spring!

McPhearson/Year 4/Week 3/ Day 1 Part 2

There’s Dora in her rocker!

The sun has come up and it looks like Lao, the McPhearson’s dog has gotten his bed back after Shoji went home.  Aww..he’s dreaming about turkey legs.

Enjoying breakfast and working on homework!  Scott is a studious child.

It’s a good thing Cale is a fireman!  He’s burned a plate of waffles already and is now having trouble making pancakes!

Dora and Scott were both up super early and now ready for a nap.  Scott asked for a bedtime story.

Cale spent the afternoon playing with Lao.

And cleaning house.  He looks super thrilled..LOL!

The family hung their holiday lights!  I tried to get a picture of the smoke rising from their chimney.  You can just barely see it.

McPhearson/ Year 4/Week 3/Day 6/Part Two

The hour has arrived!  Scott is at home with a babysitter and Cale is just inspecting the plumbing.

Dora, meanwhile, is taking her sweet time walking into the building.  She’s barely into her second trimester, but I’d still say she has an excuse :)

Daniel McCall is the first to arrive.

Followed by the Backwith’s.  They are the only sims to have actually attended each Ball!  Torrey!  I know I did not pick that outfit out for you!  Oh well, you’re here, might as well enjoy the turkey on the buffet table!

Dora is all glammed up.

So, I forgot to hire a bartender, and set the music on the speakers, but that’s ok, because everyone was having fun listening to Cale’s awful piano playing!  LOL!

Anaya Dexter seems especially amused!

OMG!  Dereck DeLuca crashes this party EVERY year!!  It looks like he managed to swipe some buffet food this year!

Dora decided nothing sounded better than solving math equations in the meeting room and ran into Heather McCall who had just arrived!

It wasn’t long before everyone decided to try their hand at playing in the band!  Well at least everyone who showed up had fun, I’d call it a success!

I perused around the rest of the first floor while the party wrapped up.

Dora made a last minute donation using the Ani’s donation box by @anitmb!  The Ball is actually supposed to be a yearly charity event where the sims get together and donate at the boxes I have stashed in many of the public buildings in my game.

 The action is winding down.  OMG!  Of course Thelma Mendez finally shows up just as everyone is leaving.  Perhaps she thinks it’ll be easier to swipe some valuable now!

Dora stayed to clean up and to keep an eye on Thelma.  I know you were really needing that Hot Chocolate, but I don’t know if I’d trust Thelma alone even just down the hall!

The end of the evening and the end of winter.  Tomorrow is tax day, I hope everyone can pay!  LOL!  Apparently, someone took the time to build snowmen while they were here too!

McPhearson/Year 4/Week 3/Day 5

Scott is up bright and early for school!

It looks like everyone else is still asleep so he’s watching some cooking shows before leaving!

Uh-oh..Cale overslept and nearly missed the carpool!

Dora, meanwhile is spending her time building igloos and catching up on some house work.

With everyone occupied, I crept over to the City Hall to set up for this year’s Founder’s Ball!  In my mind, Cale is the Fire Chief and well established in town, so the McPhearson’s are on the list of guests for the Ball.  They just usually don’t show up when I’ve thrown them in the past..this year they’ll have no excuses!  

As I mentioned, I’m at the City Hall.  I already furnished a couple of offices in here so Pete Dexter has a place to embezzle money  and there’s a room set up for town hall meetings..if I ever decide to hold one of those!  Anyway, I decked out the first floor of the other wing of the building so it’s equipped for a party.  I’m a little nervous about how it will turn out.  The last one was a total disaster and this building is already HUGE even in just the area that I’ve decorated.  We’ll see!  Fingers Crossed!

Back at the McPhearson’s and it looks like Dora is cooking dinner.

Cale is finishing up some maintenance around the station while everyone else just congregates and chats.  :/  I’m really going to have to do something about everybody and his brother deciding to become a firefighter!  There are just too many of them!

Back home and everyone is ready for bed!

McPhearson/Year 4/Week 4/Day 4

It’s 4/4 of 04 in Thicket time and Lao is up barking at the TV that got left on somehow last night.  Meanwhile, it’s still the middle of the night and everyone is still asleep, including Shouji who appears to have just decided to move in with the McPhearson’s or something!  And he’s in Lao’s bed again!

Lao decided to go sleep on the front porch.

As it’s still early, I went to age up one of the puppies in Joline Foster’s new home who was stuck aging.  It’s a good thing I saved my game because I got another WONDERFUL glitch about a minute later...

Ummm..At first, I thought maybe it was that glitch where a sim is stuck between life stages, but I aged her up in CAS and her head was still HUGE!  I don’t know if this was a glitch caused by some of the sliders I installed a while back that deal with head size, but my game crashed.  Probably for the best.  Well, back to the McPhearson’s I go!

Cale and Scott are up and getting in some father, son bonding time before heading off to school/work!  I love how close these two are!

Dora spent a lot of her morning sitting in her rocker making this stink face at me!  And I thought I was a pretty benevolent Sim God!

I went to take a picture of Lao, finally able to sleep in his own bed and this popped up!  Bryce!  You were doing so good!  

Well at least he found work right away.

Meanwhile, Dora finished her current book which garnered her a promotion.  Well done Dora!

Cale was maintaining the Fire Engine when he got called to another emergency!

Phew!  It looks like Cale has saved the day!  And it’s a good thing too, because Clayton Baron was outside freaking out while he left his son sitting in the living room RIGHT WHERE THE FIRE WAS!!!  I swear!  These sims need parenting classes or something!

Back home, Lao said goodbye to Shouji, who FINALLY left.

Dora started a new book.

And Scott and Cale both headed pretty  much straight to bed after an exhausting day!  Better rest up, tomorrow is a special day.  Scottie ages into a teen!
