Made a semi successful calm bottle
My glitter jar makes me rly happy and calm and I completely recommend them for anyone w anxiety Basically what you do to make it is get a smooth sided bottle or a mason jar and fill it with water Then put clear glue (actually clear glue not white that dries clear because that won't look right) into it and mix it around Then put a fuckton of superfine glitter into it and maybe a lil bit of the bigger glitter and stuff and then maybe add some food coloring if that's what you're into (I did) and then put the lid on tight and ya got a super calming universe in a bottle
