It didn’t make sense to make him a cop here, so he’s a Boy Scout now!! The reason he hates technology is cuz he’s an outdoors kinda guy and would rather do things himself than letting robots or stuff do it for him.

Owner of -MOcanic's Auto Repair- Maurice Oakwood, but suckers customers can call em Mo!

If you were to ask any long standing citizen in detroit the definition of "shady", they'd just tell you to drive on down to the abandoned little scrapheap where "MOcanics Auto Repair" is located and just spend an afternoon with it's owner.

Armed with a smile as wide as it was quick, the old mechanic could yap circles around any potential customer.

Allegedly, that mouth was only rivaled by clever hands. Rumors of which claimed they found ways in manufacturing new customers instead of repairing machines. Either when out in the city, or during what was supposed to be a checkup.

Now, no one has been able to really prove that any malfunction was ever any of Mo's doing. But it feels so obvious and in plain sight, that it infuriates Captain Fanzone to no end that he hasn't found anything solid on them to warrent an arrest.

Because, at the end of the day; Mo's service was remarkably cheap compared to most other second-hand repair shops and CERTAINLY cheaper compared to any of the Sumdac Systems repair shops that littered the city.

And they truly delivered what their mouth sold when it came to their admittedly superior repair job on just about any vehicle, automaton- really just about any mechanical item you gave them.

So nobody could truly complain, could they?
