I know the show is over now, but will you be doing a carmilla secret Santa this year?

Ok a few of you have asked me this and I’ve been planning on doing one, regardless of the show being finished. 

Unfortunately, shit is kind of wild on the home/PhD/everything else front just now and I have to attempt to prioritise like a grown up, which means not doing some things I’d really love to be doing. The secret santa is going to have to be one of them this year I’m afraid :(

Theory: couldn't vampire strength be related to the quality and amount of blood they drink? Like, maybe new-borns are thirsty af (lol) and drink way too much. Danny could also be feeding from humans directly, which might make her stronger, due to the fact it came directly from a living creature. I still believe it to be a continuity error, but those reasons seem better than "Carmilla was lazy, Danny lifted weights", specially when they had stated otherwise before

I could for sure subscribe to the fact that Danny is stronger right now because she’s presumably been feeding well and feeding on humans, whereas as far as we know Carmilla has been eating...chimera’s and shit.

But, the vampire age thing is a common theme among most vampire lore (not just Twilight)... It's also rather reasonable. And didn't Carmilla say something to Laura in S2 about not being a match for Mattie bc she's much older?

Trust me, I’m well aware of this.

That anon was pointing out that in Twilight lore newborns are stronger, and I’m just not down with that.
