Historically Accurate Custom Content for your historically accurate The Sims 4 gameplay, with this traditional Choctaw Beadwork!
Commissioned on Tumblr by a simmer who wanted more of their own culture on the game, after looking through the reference on the Choctaw Nation Website, I decided to focus on the beaded accessories since both men and women use it.
After a lot of trial and error due to clipping and necklaces that hovered way too far from the body, the necklaces are shorter than expected to minimize visual glitches, but V3 is still fairly long and you may find clipping when combined with layered clothing.

happy new year everyone!! here's a little something i wanted to get done for the holiday season: some fun socks for the little ones :D
as you've probably noticed by this point, i do love a good mismatched sock. and i REALLY wanted some cute mismatched socks for kids, cause the only ones we have in game are. well. from like 2015 and incredibly bright :') which is fun and all but i wanted something that didn't clash so much and was easier to work with, you know? so here's my version!!
there are five different packages that work for both kids and toddlers, plus a second version on the tights category so you can match them with other accessories or prosthetics on the sock cattegory :D more info and download under the cut!

a kid conversion of the socks that came with @trillyke's kit!
12 original swatches + 42 mismatched cat swatches = 54 swatches total (if you like the mismatched cat socks, you can get the adult version i made here!)
SORBET REMIX:
an edit + recolor of in game socks in @noodlescc sorbet remix pallete
76 swatches total on both the regular and mismatched versions!
some of the mismatched swatches are cuter than others, for the most questionable choices i just thought it would be fun lmao, i just went okey would a child like this. and did it
FUNKY:
an edit + recolor of in game socks in @pluto-sims Y2K patterns! exactly the vibe i wanted of course i used them

the mismatched are prettier imo, some of them i thought were mixed on purpose while some i wanted to look like the child either run out of socks and tried to make it look like they were wearing a matching pair (me when i was 12) orrr they picked the wrong sock on accident
annnd that's it! i'm thinking of making an adult version too but that's for a different day lol. for now i hope you like them :D

I saw a bowling pin earring on Etsy and knew immediately I wanted to make something like it! These are maxis-match using an object from the Bowling stuff pack, with swatches in both a white base or a wooden texture.
