Anything about stage lighting that you think it'd be cool if more people knew or noticed?

everything about it tbh but i think especially the ways it changes, the ways it draws your eyes where they're supposed to go

people notice if it strobes or changes color, sure, but the fade from one cue to the next is how it's communicated where the audience should be looking

also, i wish more people knew the sheer speed at which you have to press the go button to get these quick-changing light sequences, and the skill the entire crew has to have in coordinating things like that
