Страшно вкусно))) Друзья, какое самое яркое событие произошло у вас в ушедшем сентябре? Мне самое яркое впечатление оставил международный проект @dinnerinthesky , гастролировавший у нас в Петербурге. Первый раз отобедал в небе... Волосы дыбом стояли от колючего ветра. Когда смотрел вниз, то дух захватывало, но при этом испытал незабываемое эногастрономическое удовольствие от специально приготовленных блюд австралийским шефом Томом Халпиным в сопровождении шампанского Дома Лансон любуясь красотами Санкт-Петербурга с высоты птичьего полёта! Bonjour les Zamis, Le champagne du week-end, c’est le @champagnelanson 2008 Brut Millésimé. Le champagne Lanson fait parti des plus anciennes maison. C’est un champagne unique : il ne fond pas la fermentation malolactique et l’assemblage se fait avec des vins de réserve. A l’œil : la robe est couleur or doré. Les bulles très fines. Au nez : A l'aération, le parfum de miel se fait plus intense, et des nuances de biscuits, de crème brulée. En bouche : L'attaque est dense, fraîche, sur des notes de fruits mûrs équilibrées. Les saveurs de fruits blancs, d'agrumes confits et de notes miellées se mêlent à la grande fraîcheur et à la pureté de ce champagne.
