The only important thing is that you somehow state if there’s mature content in your fanfiction. So basically ask yourself “Is my fanfiction suitable for young readers or not?” If there’s explicit sexual content, violence or very foul language in your writings, you may state your rating as “nsfw”, “+18″ or “mature content” so it can be tagged accordingly.
