I saw @thewitchthetimeladythehuntress make really awesome looking character avatars using this generator, so I decided to try it with my main dorks and I’m really happy with this! :) From the top row to bottom, left to right across, it’s Adair, Blythe, Etri, Sol, Firedrake, and Rosalie. I’m going to put ramblings about these avatars under the read more link.

Adair loved the fact that this was like a medieval fantasy generator (medieval my fantasy is not) and claimed the food and spoon. I asked him if he wanted his purple glowing magic but nope, spoon. Shouldn’t have been surprised.That was as close as I could get to his skin discoloration-- really it’s tendrils of black that cover a lot of his body. 

Blythe is refusing to speak to me because the generator didn’t have a knife option. I offered her the sword, but she begrudgingly compromised on a plant instead. (Since she’s not speaking to me at the moment, I’ll point out that her nose ring is a clip on. As an arcane healer, any piercings close up almost immediately. She’s embarrassed that it’s not a real piercing.)

The twins... Etri’s is pretty good. The only things I would have improved on would be putting the bandanna over his hair because he wears it to keep that out of his face and I wish this would have given more masculine facial options. Sol makes me giggle every time I look at this, so I guess that means he’s right because Sol’s default state of being makes me giggle. He’s so ecstatic about the generator having his goggles that he didn’t notice that it didn’t have an option for a fauxhawk. 

Firedrake is my favorite of these! That is so absolutely 100% Dray, piercings, makeup, dyed hair, fire magic, and all. The only thing missing is their dragonscale tattoo sleeves, but that obviously wasn’t going to be an option lol. 

Rosalie... I’m still trying to get a clear picture of her in my head, but I like how her avatar became sad-looking as soon as I started. That’s appropriate for the poor girl who’s been kicked around by life. She’s one of my main POV characters in the books but I don’t talk about her much. I should start including her with my main cast like this because she is main, even if she’s not part of their group. 

I’m going to tag a few people who might want to see my dorks or might be interested in making avatars of their own characters. I’d love to see yours if you do make them. No pressure to do this, though! Ahh Jacks my nb thief and expert sasser! I just wish there was an option to make the avatar less busty.

I had a go at making some avatars for the Chimera cast. I think they turned out pretty alright! The three here are my girls Alice (top), Crystal (bottom left) and Val (bottom right).

Would anyone be interested if I made some for the other characters?

Avatars were created here. Animal attributes were crudely edited on using my limited skills afterwards.
