Dazai, Chuuya, Fyodor, Nikolai, Sigma and Shibusawa

General information:
The whole story takes place in a small town like the town in "Kiki's Delivery Service" with port on sea
Chuuya and Dazai are like 19 or 20 and Fyodor, Nikolai and Shibusawa are 24. Sigma is 23. The four of them just got married early in thier life but they aren't much older than Chuuya and Dazai
Just like in Kiki's Delivery Service, modern phones and social media aren't a thing
Thier mental health isn't as fucked up as in canon
There aren't much heavy themes because I try to keep the Kiki vibe but I can't take all the angst out of bsd characters. Especially not out of Dazai
Dazai:
Dazai is the son of one of the richest fishermen in the town but his father only really cares for Elise and sees Dazai as some kind of family disappointment
Dazai has two little siblings. Elise and Yumeno
When he was younger he was out in the town more often, meeting up with his best friends Fyodor, Nikolai, Shibusawa and Ranpo and with his father figure and teacher Oda but after Oda died in a accident he became severely depressed and stopped going outside
He just stays in his room all day, sketches pictures, lies in his bed, reads and writes all day which isn't really helping with his depression and his constant boredom
He never worked at his father's business or worked somewhere in general which is why his father now started to pressure him into finding a job
Dazai is too intelligent for his own good
He befriended Fyodor and Nikolai when the three of them were still teens after the two seemingly spawned in the town over night out of nowhere, hungry, in shaggy clothes and barley speaking any japanese
Dazai though they seemed interesting and managed to befriend them after Fyodor pressed his dagger against his throat out of fear the stranger would want to rob them or hurt Nikolai or him
Now they are best friends and Nikolai won't hesitate to come to Dazai's home without invitation, kick down the door to his room and see how he's doing when they haven't heard something from Dazai since a while
Dazai would live for Chuuya
Chuuya:
Chuuya is the little brother of Paul Verlaine, the keeper of the small bakery which is loved by the most people who live in town
He works in the bakery too
He is half french and half japanese and can speak both languages fluently
He is very hot headed and has, just like his brother, a short temper and is very stubborn
Because both have such a short temper (Chuuya's is shorter than Verlaine's and while Verlaine deals with it in a quiet way Chuuya just yells at whoever made him pissed) because both are so stubborn and because Verlaine is very overprotective of Chuuya, they fight often
Chuuya is mentally but also physically very strong. The latter can come in handy when he has to carry the big flour bags or the huge baking tins full of bread
He has thousands of freckles in his face and all over his body aswell wild wavy red hair
He's really short but he will kick everyone who says something about his height
He loves his brother and Arthur dearly
He can be seen humming old french songs while working
He met his best friends when they all were young teens and they called themselves "The flags".
His other best friend is Koyou. She is a bit more like a older sister for him but he loves to chat with her. She always gives him advice
He can't remember who is father was since Verlaine ran away with him from thier home when he was very young. He just rememberes that the man had been hurting them and yelled at them often
Fyodor:
Fyodor came to the town together with Nikolai when they were teens
He fled from his home in Russia to the ukraine where he met Nikolai and eventually the two of them traveled to Japan with a ship as stowaways
Fyodor's intelligence helped them to get a small house, food and money and after they fully learned Japanese they got themselves jobs
By now they live in a big house, have jobs are married to Sigma and Shibusawa
Fyodor is just like Dazai way to intelligent and sufferes from frequent horrible boredom
He works at the local library
Many people and kids are a bit scared of the skinny and pale, kind of creepy looking Russian guy with dark eye circles, tired yet knowing eyes, jet black hair and who seems to know everything about everyone but in truth he isn't scary or evil at all
He owns more books than any other person in the town. Even more than Dazai
He has a very thick Russian accent and sometimes he is a bit hard to understand
He is kind of amused by the scary stories which the kids made about him
He is very caring and loving with his husbands
He sometimes teases Dazai for being single even tho he lived in this town all his life
He is best friends with Dazai though and loves to talk with him about chess, philosophy or just anything deeper
He has troubles sleeping
He only rarley goes outside and only rarley goes to the bakery but the first time where he did it, Chuuya was kind of scared of him since he entered the bakery very early one morning in fall when it was still dark outside and he just looked creepy to him
They get a bit along by now
He somehow loves rats a lot and holds a deep affection for them
He has no idea how he managed to pull his husbands but he is glad he did
Nikolai:
Nikolai works at the local theatre and sometimes works as a professional clown
He is blind on one eye because it got injured very badly from some guys on the streets in the ukraine but he still manages to perform breathtaking tricks and stunts on stage
He only rarley is seen with a cane
He literally belongs on the stage and into the entertainment buisness. He is the best actor of the whole town and is so passionate about his jobs
He is best friends with Dazai because he is just chaotic as him
They did stupid shit together as teens and even now they love to pull pranks on Nikolai's husbands and to talk shit about people
Nikolai is chaotic yet elegant
He is very good with kids and people in general
He is very cheerful, affectionate and energetic
He often visits his husbands at work and tackle hugs them
When he visits the bakery he first orders the favorite pastries of his husbands before ordering so much sweet stuff that Chuuya is sometimes worried about his health
Fyodor, Shibusawa and Sigma never missed a play in which he was acting
He loves to watch the birds in general and the seagulls on the port
Sigma:
Sigma works at the local gambling hall
He is very beautiful and very kind and friendly
People love to chat with him on the weekend market and he also enjoys it most of the time
He radiates a comforting and caring vibe somehow
A lot people have been in love with him already, men and women, but he always kindly rejected the people who confessed to him and was incredibly careful not to hurt thier feelings more than he already did
A lot people where hella confused and surprised when he married Nikolai, Fyodor and Shibusawa
They don't know how they made him fall in love with them themselves
He is amazing at playing cards, gambling and poker
He gets along with Chuuya pretty well
He hates Dazai ever since the latter embarrassed him in front of a lot of people with dancing with him against his will purely to annyoy him on a summer evening festival
He simply ignores him now or huffs and turns his head away from Dazai before going away now when Dazai tries to talk to him
He cares for his husband, friends and customers greatly and feels thier emotions often like his own
He sufferes from panic attacks and anxiety
Shibusawa:
He is the Tailor of a small boutique which is cherished by many people of the town and he is also known outside of the town for his skill, his clothes' quality and his designs
Dazai geniuly likes going there because Shibusawa is not only a skilled tailor but like Dazai also very intellegent and is bored often so they understand each other really well and whenever Dazai is there they talk about the most obscure things while Shibusawa does his work or measures Dazai
Shibusawa cares greatly about his physical appearance
His skin looks like the skin of a porcelain doll
He often makes clothes for his husbands and sometimes he makes some for Dazai for free too or for a lower price
He is a old friend of Dazai
He was the first person after Dazai who got to know Fyodor and Nikolai and he fell hard
He often makes Sigma new beautiful suits and jewelry which he can wear at the casino's special days
He is well mannered and very calm but sometimes he is so calm that it can seem creepy
He loves shiny things, dragons and jewelry
He is the one of the household who fixes holes in thier clothes or stains and he often scolds Nikolai for getting his white costume all dirty again
He thought Fyodor and Nikolai some Japanese too after they met
He is kind of rich due to his job but he doesn't brag about it and lives in a normal house with normal clothes and normal job. He doesn't want to be famous and live in a expensive house. He just wants to live here with his husbands and work in his small but fancy/classy boutique
Dazai though he was hallucinating when Shibusawa told him that he would marry Fyodor, Nikolai and Sigma
He often goes to the opera/orchestra with his husbands but mainly with Fyodor since the latter enjoys it very much
He actually likes the bakery a lot and knows Paul a bit more personally somehow
Probably because he also made clothes for him and Arthur too
