RENDE 8 a 10 porções TEMPO 1 1/2 horas, mais resfriamento INGREDIENTES
Manteiga e farinha para untar
2 ½ xícaras de farinha
1 colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio
½ colher de chá de fermento em pó
½ colher de chá de sal
1 ¼ xícaras de leitelho
1 colher de chá de extrato de baunilha
11 colheres de sopa de manteiga sem sal, em temperatura ambiente
1 ½ xícara de açúcar
2 ovos grandes
120g de chocolate sem açúcar derretido
Cobertura de chocolate (ver receita)
PREPARO
Pré-aqueça o forno a 350 graus. Unte com manteiga 3 formas redondas de 23 cm e unte o fundo com manteiga farinha.
Peneire a farinha, o bicarbonato, o fermento e o sal. Em uma tigela pequena, misture o leitelho e a baunilha.
Em uma tigela grande, usando a batedeira em velocidade média-alta, bata a manteiga. Aos poucos, adicione o açúcar e continue batendo até ficar bem misturado e com uma cor clara. Adicione os ovos um de cada vez, batendo bem a cada adição. Adicione os ingredientes secos alternadamente com a mistura de leitelho em 2 ou 3 adições, batendo bem após cada adição. Junte o chocolate derretido e misture bem. Coloque a massa nas formas preparadas e alise as pontas com uma espátula de borracha.
Asse por 30 a 35 minutos ou até que um palito inserido no centro de uma camada de bolo saia limpo. Deixe as camadas do bolo esfriarem nas formas por 10 minutos, depois inverta e deixe esfriar completamente. Cubra e recheie com cobertura de chocolate.
