Aaaahhh.... These are great questions. But also hard to answer.

Who starts the tickle fight?
I'd say Daniel. But I can honestly see Carlos doing it too. Yet, I'm going with Daniel, because even though they're both pretty touchy feely people, Daniel would make the first move. And he's an absolute menace. But Carlos would give just as much energy into the tickle fight as Daniel.
Who'd stop the tickle fight?
I honestly think they would end up completely thrashing the room before either of them would even think about stopping. A lamp would probably crash down on either of their heads and they call it truce. (Daniel would still claim victory later on)
Who is more likely to extend a helping hand & emotional support?
Uhhhh.... I have to say both.
Though Daniel would do it more in silence and in private. While Carlos would be more loud and obnoxious (I say that very lovingly) about it. Like; "Hey look! I helped you out!"
But I honestly see them both as caring people.
