Oh Nonny, if the show has been depressing for you, you wouldn’t like to know that it’s been much much worse in reality. I’m from Ukraine, my mom’s from Belarus (and her whole family experienced a lot of consequences of it), two countries which were impacted the most by Chernobyl explosion. The show did a great job, but still made it look prettier then it did. Much prettier.
