I have a coworker who refuses to let me do my own work, despite me repeatedly telling him that I am more than capable. this coworker has issues completing his own workload and only ever impedes on my work and not on other coworkers. I have been told multiple times by upper management that my work ethic and quality is stellar. When I try to re-establish boundaries with this coworker, he shrugs me off and says that it "doesn't bother him." This feels like a microaggression to me, and/or harassment. I am disabled, both physically and mentally. Am I in the wrong here? Every time I try to establish that boundary or bring it up to upper management, I get met with a lot of eye rolls. Am I just overreacting?
Yes, you're overreacting
