This vegan chocolate cake is easy to make and tastes great with chocolate. It's rich and moist, and it's great for any event, whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just wanting something sweet.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/2 tsp salt. 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Vegan chocolate chips optional, for topping.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Butter and flour a round cake pan that is 8 inches in diameter. You will need a large bowl to mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix the dry ingredients together with the coffee, oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together well. The batter should be poured into a cake pan that has been prepared. Use a spatula to smooth the top. In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan. After that, move it to a wire rack to cool completely. If you want to make the cake even tastier, melt some vegan chocolate chips and drizzle them over it after it's cool. Cut and serve. Have fun with your tasty vegan chocolate cake!
