Thank you for hating Lucina and explaining why you hate her! Those are all the pros that all of her fans just over look and I'm like, "guys she not the only one who had suffer/ anyone from the future could easily took her place." And it would make a lot of sense for Chrom to be able in Smash and not Lucina because she is a spoiler and Chrom friendship with the avatar is more important than a blend character. I'll take Chrom over Lucina anyway forever!

I get your point for disliking Lucina especially the Morgan one (but the murder one is a little rough I mean you literally kill everyone in her future so it's a lil understandable??) but why don't those apply to Dark Pit who falls under like every other point like blandness, being a clone in sm4sh, etc.

Although I know she doesn’t exactly know this (or I guess technically she does… idk?) you’re not the one responsible for those deaths, Grima is. Grima possesses you and does all the harm, not MU (but this can be taken in many ways like was MU actually evil from the start or were they exactly the same person they are now). Whatever. She came back in time to change the future, and that’s the best she could come up with? Didn’t she come back in time to save everyone? Or just to save Chrom? Hmmm…

And ok yeah I see where you’re coming from with Dark Pit (which could also be applied to Dr. Mario and maybe even Roy to some extent) but consider this: I didn’t like Lucina at all at first and just over time other reasons have accumulated for me to not like her? So yeah you’re right, those other characters have no excuse for being clones too and I’m not gonna defend them or anything. But why don’t I hate them? Maybe because I don’t know them enough like I know Lucina? I mean besides Dr. Mario (bruh he’s Dr. Mario c’mon), I know not much about those two characters. I’ve only played so much of Kid Icarus: Uprising? But tbh the reason I like Dark Pit is 1) I love anti-hero type characters anyway and 2) one of my best friends relates to him a lot (shout out to my son dxrk-pit!) so thru him I grew to like him a lot? 

This kinda reminds me of how I love Shulk like… I knew nothing about Shulk but I used him in Smash and loved him and now I’ve been playing Xenoblade and no regrets. Sometimes you just like and dislike characters for no reason. Lucina I didn’t really like from the start, as I said before, but just over the course of getting to know her in the game and through the fandom, I ended up disliking her more and more?

Also: Dark Pit is bland? That’s your opinion, I think. His personality may not be original but that doesn’t mean that he has no personality. It’s so obvious that he does.

Last thing: why does everyone try to fite me about Lucina??? Like I see Chrom haters all the time but I ain’t fighting them cuz I can understand we all have different opinions. Why does me mentioning I don’t like Lucina always lead to conversations like this. It’s like y’all never seen a popular character being disliked before. Like damn, not everyone’s gonna love her.

I don't know if you've already been asked this, and I'm sorry if you have, but just out of curiosity, why do you dislike Lucina so much?

i should make an FAQ with just this question in it cuz literally this is my most frequently asked question.it all boils down to this:1) just plain never liked her, only found her tolerable at most2) unoriginal character design and character development and character personality (just unoriginal in general)3) her fans (more specifically the fans that shit on Chrom despite the fact that without Chrom there is no Lucina and despite the fact that she's even more bland than Chrom, as well as the fans that treat her like a special snowflake, as if she's the only one that's suffered ever [see #5]; to a lesser extent, there are also the fans that actively DENY/IGNORE the non-MU!Lucina/FMU supports because apparently "Lucina would NEVER say such things" when I mean... she would and DOES canonically so) 4) her being in Sm4sh (this relates to #2, and not because "she's taking up a spot in the roster," more because she's a clone) also, she's technically a spoiler but nobody seems to care5) steals the spotlight from the other gen 2/3 kids in FEA6) tries to kill you (it's even worse if you're playing as her mom or lover) (srsly? she couldn't find a better solution???)7) blatant electra complex (reason for #6)8) her sibling supports with M!Morgan throw his backstory right out the window in favor of her pre-set and generic sibling supports (see again #5) (this is more due to the devs being lazy tho I guess, but srsly?)9) bland af character (probably due to #2)I could go on(note about #3: i don't dislike or hate her fans, more so i don't like when they act like what i stated there.)
