The hoop is still unfamiliar to me. I like to take my time to process my hand and feet movements. I’m sure I’ll start to pick it up shortly. I think these are some pretty good pictures of a good training session 🎪💪

I’m learning to keep a level head when hanging upside down which is easier said than done. I’ve also learned that things take time and not to rush through moves. Loving my aerial classes even more than ever

A live multimedia show base on Avatar story, the best part is the 4D Art stage and huge puppets. #cirqudusoleil Worth to see but different with some of the cirque du soleil show tho.（在 TORUK - The First Flight）
