Enjoy the most expensive coffee in the world, which is made from beans that civet cats have eaten, digested, and pooped on. This one-of-a-kind coffee has a smooth, rich flavor with a touch of class.
Ingredients: 100g Kopi Luwak coffee beans. 200ml hot water. 2 tablespoons of sugar. 1/4 cup of cream. Gold flakes for garnish.
Instructions: Grind the Kopi Luwak coffee beans to a fine consistency. Boil 200ml of hot water and let it cool slightly. Add the ground coffee to a French press or coffee maker. Pour the hot water over the coffee grounds and stir gently. Let it steep for 4 minutes. While the coffee is steeping, heat the cream in a small saucepan but do not boil it. After steeping, press the coffee or strain it to remove the grounds. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the brewed coffee and stir until dissolved. Pour the coffee into a luxurious cup or glass. Gently pour the heated cream over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect on top of the coffee. Garnish with edible gold flakes for that extra touch of extravagance. Serve and savor this exquisite cup of luxury Civet Coffee.
