This is why you shouldn’t read the morning paper! You’ll discover something that will make you shout, “WTF!” Today I learnt reading the paper that they teach “Pornography” in schools these days. Apparently a few Catholic schools are up in arms about it. Those porn classes must be particularly rowdy. We were never offered porn as an option at school. That kinda annoys me. The classes up for grabs were quite boring…Maths, English and hmm?…woodwork. If I was offered porn as an option at school maybe I would have taken it instead of Art and French! Once in art class, a student crafted a very big penis out of clay. His handy work was quite good if I’m honest. But sadly the teacher went psycho. My school then debated if it should be allowed to be submitted as an end of year project. The powers to be decided it was. This surprised me. The clay penis got top marks and ended up beating my clay fruit bowl. I found the whole experience traumatic. I’m still talking about it. Why am I sharing this? I’m not sure to be honest. Burning impepho and inhaling the fumes marks the beginning point of my readings with clients. It allows me to connect with the unseen world and receive messages in the form of visions. I go into a trance state and allow myself to become a vessel for what needs to be communicated. The impepho facilitates this process while also protecting me from anything malevolent. I use it as a replacement for sage because it is native to South Africa - my country of birth. Using native plants can provide a more direct pathway to the spirit world.
