I read good things about @tartecosmetics Rainforest of the Sea Water #Foundation so I thought I would risk getting one without swatching (choose based on online swatch and the naming of the shade). I kinda thought it would be a water based foundation but I saw #silicone is also quite high up in their ingredient list. Shall try using it with and without silicone primer to see how it works out. Wondering if any of you had tried this? Would it work good in our hot & humid country?
