Meet The Yokai! This drink is in honor of my good friends and artist who just opened up their own tattoo shop named @yokaisocietytattoo. I’ve had this idea for a purple cocktail ever since hearing the name and it seemed like the perfect color for a mysterious spirit.

Build:

1.5oz Lemon Juice

1.5oz Simple Syrup

2oz Ginza No Suzume(Shochu also called Japanese Soju)

3 Frozen Butterfly-Pea Flower Tea Cubes

Top off with Ginger Beer

Garnished with a Tiki Umbrella and a Lemon Spiral
