This Beach Mason Jar Wine Spritzer is a refreshing and tropical drink perfect for sipping on the beach or by the pool. The combination of white wine, pineapple juice, coconut water, and fresh fruit creates a delightful blend of flavors that will transport you to a sunny paradise.

Ingredients: 1 bottle of dry white wine. 1/2 cup of pineapple juice. 1/4 cup of coconut water. 1/4 cup of sparkling water. 1/4 cup of sliced strawberries. 1/4 cup of sliced peaches. 1/4 cup of sliced kiwi. Ice cubes. Fresh mint leaves for garnish.

Instructions: In a large pitcher, combine the dry white wine, pineapple juice, coconut water, and sparkling water. Stir well to combine. In each Mason jar or plastic tumbler, add a few ice cubes. Divide the sliced strawberries, peaches, and kiwi among the jars. Pour the wine mixture over the fruit in each jar. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tuba - a Philippine coconut wine made from sap taken from coconut trees. A ‘tapper’ goes up the tree at the end of the day, makes a cut on a shoot, and attaches this bamboo tube that acts as a catcher of the sap that will drip overnight. In the morning, the ‘tapper’ climbs up the tree again and retrieves the tube.

Nope, it’s not Novellino. 😂 I could count in one hand the number of times I’ve attempted to drink and enjoy wine, and I’ve never had beer either. They say what’s inside this bottle goes down smoothly, whatever that means. I just know that there was no funky aftertaste when I drank this and it was just on the side of being sour with a barest hint of bitterness. I was lightheaded and felt inexplicably happy after having a cup. 😅 It’s too late to even wonder if this is vegan.
