I used to work with a girl whose actual name was "Coldiron" I used to joke that the reason she was so hostile at work was that she was tired from going out and hunting fae, demons, and spirits all night. If she had gone to EU I'm sure she would have simply used her own name. And when any of the Gentry realize it was True they would use it and take power over her. But it would BURN for them to hold that name on their tongue. And she would have loved to know it.
