Weekly art 10

Wow! I can't believe it's been 10 weeks! It feels like much longer than that, and at the same time it doesn't feel like it's been that long. You know what I mean? Anyways, here's this cutie seeing the ocean for the first time. Yea, they've never seen the ocean before this point. Not even in pictures. I mean, they'd only be able to see paintings of it anyways, and there's not many of those where they come from. I decided to try and use the watercolour tool for this picture, and I'm kinda surprised at how well it came out! I seriously can't express how proud I am of this piece~!

We made a pretty big story change to the project we’re working on, and I love it more than I can actually say. Morris and Collins are precious beans who need to be protected. I mean, the same is true for most of the rest of the cast, but these two are my focus for now.

I drew Collins as a mermaid for mermay! I really love this design!

I based their design on a betta fish, and I thought it would be much harder to draw, until I realized that female betta fish have smaller fins. So I'm glad that's a thing
