Sinister Dexter is one of my favorite long-running @2000adcomic series, and I’m always excited to see the gunsharks (hit men) from Downlode (the mega-city future Europe evolves into) on the cover. Even more exciting, the artist of this recent cover, Andy Clarke, was the artist on the series when I first started subscribing, over 20 years ago. So it’s not just a great cover, but I have a personal connection to it. I have no idea where the strip is going, but Sinister Dexter—or, I guess just Dexter now—never fails to excite, to keep me guessing, or make me smile.
