All right, fishblr, it's been a hot minute but I'm thinking about getting a 30-35 gallon tank.
I've wanted a community tank for a while. Any suggestions for fish to keep in it? Good pairings etc?
Thank you in advance.
Everyone comes out for food, even Patches who still isnt looking great. At least he's eating.
While Luna waits patiently in the net.
The net is for her safety, she doesnt attack any other fish but she will overeat until she's bloated if I don't stop her.
Aquarium chemistry advice?
I have a 10 gallon freshwater community tank, a 3.5 gallon betta tank, and a 10 gallon betta tank. All three are planted. I just brought them home from school for the summer, and my water at home is a bit more acidic than my water at school. I just did a water test, and all three are reading at a pH of between 6.2 and 6.8, alkalinity of between 40 and 80 KH ppm, and hardness if between 25 and 75 GH ppm on Marineland 6-1 multi test kit. Nitrites were a little high, still under .5 ppm, nitrates were around 0, and chlorine is at 0. I have API Proper pH 7.0, but the tag says it isn’t safe for use with plants.
