"I really ship Odan/Beverly and I don't understand why people ship her with Picard. Not because they have an adult son means they have to get together and Picard is already in relationship, no ? They broke up 5 times. I just think Odan challenged Beverly in a unique way and it could have been interesting to see their relationship if the writers weren't homophobic. Also Beverly/Picard is a boring straight ship with the worse stereotypes like the secret son trope. I don't know why the fandom like it."
