Moog Cordovia, basically a Cordovox organ with a Moog Satellite built-in. Manufactured by Thomas Organ Co. under license from Moog. Very few surviving ones out there; famously played by Roger Manning of Jellyfish and the Moog Cookbook. I've seen some players hollow out the shell to use it as a case/stand for multiple MIDI controllers.
