Why live in fear?

If we live in fear, we die a little every day, in our mind.

We imagine the worse and prepare for something bad to happen to us,

With this mindset we worry and waste energy

Yes caution is important

But do we need to be afraid while we carry out the required actions?

Can we fill our hearts with courage

and focus on hope, building a better world and bettering ourself, helping, sharing and uniting
