I have! They're the ones who guarded Zeus when he was a baby. For a split second I confused them with the Corybantes, the children of Apollo & Thalia lol My brain skittered to a halt and went 'wait. timeline REALLY doesn't add up' XD

Also didn't help that both are associated with Rhea lmao

I believe Apollo had a set of sons called the Corybantes who danced at festivals?

Interesting! I decided to go look it up and learn some stuff myself. Researching these figures was really interesting, they're such a fantastic assembly of entities. Apparently they were seven daimones who presided over the Korybantic dance -- an orgiastic dance done my armored men via clashing spears and shields, and with the beat of drums, tambourines, and cries of mystics -- of the Mysteries of Samothrake. Also there were two other beings that were considered to be similar to Apollon's sons, who were sons of Hephaistos, and they all could combine to create a larger chorus.
