I made matcha cookies today! They were soft, chewy and delicious! A nice change from my usual 2 day brown butter chocolate chip cookies.

I’m actually thinking of chilling the dough for 2 days the next time I make these guys again. Not sure if I’ll be able to wait that long though! 🙈

Made chocolate chunk sea salt cookies the other day! I followed Tasty’s “Brown Butter Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies” recipe but made some modifications (I didn’t make the toffee but added caramel chips as well as white chocolate chips). Anyway, these are the best cookies that I’ve made to date and I will absolutely make them again.
