Woobin had called you this morning, begging you to come over and help him. You had wanted to ask him what he needed help with but before you could, he ended the call. His frantic tone had already worried you but now you were even more worried as you quickly jumped out of bed. You didn’t bother to change out of your pajamas and grabbed your keys and phone, bidding your roommate goodbye and leaving out the door.
Once you arrived at the boys’ dorm, you opened the door using the spare key under the welcome mat. Nothing could’ve prepared you for what you saw inside. There were toys scattered everywhere around the living room. A spilled plate of what you think and hope was baby food was on the kitchen floor. Two toddlers were too entranced by the cartoon playing on the tv to notice you. What the-
“Stop crying! Why are you crying!?!? I’ve fed you, I’ve changed your diaper, so why are you still crying!?!?” You heard your best friend shout in frustration. You followed the sound of his voice, leading you to his bedroom door. You peeked inside, seeing him pace in front of a small child that was currently crying. “Oh my god, you’re such a baby,” he muttered to himself.
“Yes, she is a baby, Woo,” you said while walking in and giving him a glare. “Which is why you need to be gentle with her and not shout.” You turned to the toddler who was sniffling now. “Hi baby. What’s wrong sweetheart? Come here love,” you cooed at her. She looked up at you, opening her arms as a sign that she wanted to be picked up.
You picked her up and put her on your hip, her head finding its way into the crook of your neck. She was calm now and you were glad. “See, all she needed was cuddles Woobin,” you told your best friend.
“Cuddles? I don’t do cuddles, Y/n,” he said, putting on a cool guy act. You scoffed at his blatant lie.
“Really? You do with me and the rest of the boys. Especially Jungmo.”
