Prevents Sims changing their appearance if they grow up with a loose tooth moodlet.

I'm in the process of regenerating and re-setting up my Sims 3 folder in my documents because it helps just to do it once in a while even though it's tedious. It's a good thing to try too if things feel like they're getting buggy.

Crinrict has a really helpful and easy to follow tutorial on their blog on how to keep the game from generating those hundreds of unnecessary images into the Featured Items folder in our Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 3 folder whenever we start up the game.

I always do this every time I generate a new Sims 3 folder, do a reinstall (perish the thought), or install on a new machine (rare).

SIMS3, 1.67 patch. I'm panicking right now! A couple of sims in my SavedSims folder are not appearing in CAS. I can't explain why?? All the other files appear, but not the ones I want! Also, this "downloadedsims" index file appeared.

The downloadedsims.index file can be a source of issues, as explained here. Take Crin’s advice and delete it. Now clear your caches and see if the missing Sims appear. If they do not, follow the guide in our FAQ  Question 15.

TS3/PC. I downloaded downloaded at least 30 custom sliders and put them in my game. All of a sudden, the CAS loading screen wouldn't stop loading. Even after I removed all the sliders, the loading screen wouldn't load CAS. The sliders ruined my game. Sliders aren't like mods or CC, so what gives?

If you add third-party content to your game you always run the risk of something going wrong. This risk can be minimised by making sure you follow installation guides correctly, by using helpful tools like Delphy’s Dashboard, and by reading up on the content to see whether other users have reported problems, whether the content matches your patch level etc. Clear your caches and start a new save. If the problem persists even with the sliders removed follow Crinrict’s guide here, which advises you how to reset your game to factory settings without reinstalling.

i had a household with twin baby girls but one was born a ghost and i left the household to play another for a while and when i came back the ghost baby turned into 2 horses with the same coloring as the unicorn in the household and the baby just. doesnt exist in anyones relationships but the sim who birthed the twins still has the memory of birthing twins (i am confused and i came here bc you guys seem well educated on this sorta stuff). i should mention that my game is patched to 1.63 and has hella mods and cc-— castlevaniadawnofsorrow You have downloaded bad cc from the Exchange. Hi, I'm playing Sims 3 on a Mac. I have several NRaaS mods installed and a few custom hairs. When I started the game up today, all non-household sims refused to show up. I invited one over, and all that appears is a speech bubble on the ground; the actual sim is invisible and unclickable (pic: i(.)imgur(.)com/Qt98mfr(.)jpg). No sims appeared in public venues either. This happened again when I force quit and restarted the game, so it's not just a one-time thing. Please help?

Hi there. Sims 3, All EPS up to Into The Future (Save for Ambitions and World Adventures). I just installed the game onto this computer last night, so I haven't had any issues before this, but. I am currently playing with a Sim and a Plumbot in Oasis Landing. During my gameplay - when my sim returned to the home, if that helps any solution - my screen keeps flickering black, and my game is freezing. I also had an error saving. It said error 12. I have awesomemod and nraas MC and relativity.

TS3, Windows and NRAAS mod. I have recently installed Into the Future and for some reason the game won't take screenshots. I haven't updated my NRAAS mods because the game doesn't want to read them so I thought that might have caused the problem so I removed them, but still my game won't take screenshots. The game tells me that a screenshot has been taken and can be found in my launcher but there is nothing there. Could you help please?

Is there anything in your screenshots folder here: C:\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\ Screenshots?However if you didn’t remove your mods before installing Into the Future then that may well have resulted in some game corruption. You could try returning your game to factory settings as Crinrict describes here. Playing with mods that do not match your patch level is also going to cause issues in your game.
