Tanner needed the night with his friends. He really did. Everything at home had spun out of control and he couldn't stand being there another second. After dropping his siblings off at their grandmas, he went over to the bar where his friends had been sitting. All four of them sat there, drinking beer and smiling at him. They all sung happy birthday to him with goofy grins and he was grateful for them. It was when he accidently walked back into someone that he was brought back to reality.
