i think my moots already know that i absouletly adore my english teacher because i mention her like once a month... but today was my last ever lesson with her. she finished the lesson early and told everyone in my class about how much she loved my class and how much she looked forward to teaching us all year and gave us little presents😭 she told us how proud she was of us all and said that she saw us as adults, more friend-like than students. oh my god bro i was in TEARS my english lessons in year 11 have genuinely been some of the best lessons of my life. i know when im going to think back to school im going to think of learning macbeth in year 11... sobs

also im not even joking she is SO good. i adore her. she pulled my class's average english language grade from a 4 to a SIX, that is not light work btw!!!! thats a C- to a A- for the WHOLE class. lots of people dont like her because she sets so much homework, but its genuinely just because she wants us to succeed bro 😭😭😭😭😭 she makes english so manageable for people who dont like it and pushes people who do like it (ME) into getting the highest grades possible. i had a kinda eh teacher in my last school that made me fall out of love with english but she sparked my interest back into it. year 11 english boosted my confidence in a way that was not really imaginable for me two years ago. she is the reason i write so much, she is the reason im taking english next year.

hi I think I have a crush on this guy I work with but like I’ve never allowed myself to have a crush before because of religious trauma lol:) and I’ve got approximately 0.01% personal dating experience and I’m so stressed over it but he’s so funny and sweet and he bought me a present and I have fun with him but I also feel so shy ugh but he touched my arm and I got tingles and like he asked if I had a boyfriend and I told him I was single and then he said he’d just finished a relationship but then said he was cautious about jumping into a new relationship and he got vulnerable and sweet and said he loves loving someone, and then I was like idek how to flirt properly like I can tell the difference between flirting and friendliness and then he’s like you’ll know when I’m flirting ahhhhh but now I want to cry because I should know how to handle these emotions but I’m literally 24 and trying to navigate feelings that kids learn to deal with when they’re 14
