Cryolite the spy!
He’s quiet, aloof, and mysterious. He’s the spy of the village, taking orders directly from the vice-leader, Taaffeite, and taking part in his strange schemes.
The chemical composition of Cryolite makes him completely invisible in water, making him a perfect spy to control the Admirabilis tribes around the Archipelago that don’t really have a great relationship with the Gems Village, and other possible threats.
He has a little brother, Chiolite, that is less skilled than him, but Cryolite won’t admit you talking shit about his adorable cute little brother, or he’ll show you how dangerous, fast and mortal he really is.
Other than his baby bro Chio, he’s friend with the equally skilled Lizardite, and has a great respect for his boss Taaffeite.

On Homeworld, cryolites deliver the words of the Diamonds to the lesser gems, almost like priests. Much like sapphires, Era 1 cryolites also have power over ice.
