Do you want to add Echo and Rift to your AU? If so, what cryptids would you want them to be?

YES.

There are a few reasons that I have not started writing the Cryptid au stories out for real and posting them.

1. I’m not great at writing, it takes me a disproportionate amount of time to write things.

2. Busy moving, and then school

And 3. I WAS WAITING FOR ECHOES OF WISDOM TO COME OUT SO I COULD INCORPORATE IT INTO MY STORIES.

I knew from the moment the first trailer came out that I wanted to have a Cryptid Echo, and in my head, I’ve been calling the Link ‘Lost.’ Rift is good too, but I still like Lost, especially for the Cryptid idea I have for him.

HOWEVER I have not finished Echoes of Wisdom yet. So I won’t be sharing my Cryptid ideas- I can’t solidify anything until I’ve experienced the whole game. And I don’t want to spoil it for anyone who maybe isn’t as far as I am! So I’ll keep quiet for a bit haha.

But I will say- Echo is a Zelda, which means that she has the blood of the Goddess, which gives her God Marks TM and God Powers TM. Whether or not that Power is her echo ability is up for debate.

And at first, I just wanted to add Echo to my Chain but UGH GUYS!!!! GUYS I LOVE THIS NEW LINK!! I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!!! I CAN’T NOT HAVE HIM!!!

So the Cryptid cast of main characters has the potential to jump from eleven (technically fifteen) to THIRTEEN (TECHNICALLY SEVENTEEN)

What was Time's reaction to the conversation in the last 3 pictures? Also does Echo have God Marks?

Echo has Marks, but I’m doing a lot of reworking with her character. Nothing is set in stone. (And I’m gonna change Lost’s name again. At some point).

As for Time’s reaction? That was originally going to be a much longer comic, but I lost steam like halfway through. Originally, Sky, Time, and Spirit were supposed to say “Yes” in unison, but… yeah. I lost steam.

Time would be terrified to hear Sky talk about the mortality of Gods. The Godkiller? Openly talking about killing Gods??? Time’s not a fan. He would just get so quiet and try to take up as little space as possible- and Sky would do the same.

I promise they’ll become friends. I PROMISE. But for now, they’re very wary of each other. Any hint of violence is taken as a direct attack.
