Obviously Yoru is the funniest and pettiest of the four horsemen. Destroying half of the world over a devil that already came back to life. But Makima is a close second because she literally brought the Angel devil back from hell still in his twink form just to threaten Kobeni. Ready to drop a cosmic void beam on a random twenty year old fast food worker. Wouldn't be surprised if her doing dumb shit like this is why nayuta came back so weak.
