I say this and I know that it's easier said than done. Yet until you WAKEUP & REALIZE your POWER.... you will not truly live. Don't be a slave to the conditioning of this world. You are you NOT WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU. NOT WHAT YOU DID. I just went through a rabbit hole of doubt. I was given a great opportunity and I felt I wasn't good enough. I felt I didn't have enough knowledge to be a peer amongst such experts. Why was I invited to sit amongst these scholars and experts. Little old me? Why do they want to seek #my council? What a mind fuck I have been in for 3 weeks. My go to is food... I just learned... I stuffed myself with every sugar based nutrient depleted item I could find. Things I haven't consumed in years. Luckily my brother smacked me back into reality. I didn't even see myself doing this... I became a fearful and anxiety filled child. How could this happen? Not to me?... Well.... it did... because I allowed the questioning to have a louder voice in my head. What an experience... do many lessons to learn... If only I was one that learned by reading rather than doing.
