Somewhere in the Jungle....

Of course Vada DIDN’T listen to Charity, Aron or Julian and met away from the house with one of her many admirers...

VADA- “D’Mario, I have a feeling that we won’t be here much longer. I have seen things that makes me think that we will soon be returning back home.”

D’MARIO- “Vada, don’t say that. The village would be so boring without you here. So have you seen visions of returning home?”

VADA- “Not really, but I saw a man...a stranger. He appeared by the old abandoned church earlier this morning. I think he is trying to warn me of something, that something is coming here...”

D’MARIO- “What did he tell you?”

VADA- “Nothing really, I just have this feeling that things are going to change. But, until then...we can still see one another.”

D’MARIO- “Tomorrow is your birthday, I have an early present for you, Vada.”

D’MARIO- “Happy Birthday, Vada Boedell....

VADA- “D’Mario---- you know that is not ---

D’MARIO- “Oh, I know, but I have wanted to do that for a very long time, and if you are going away soon, I wanted to just kiss you one time.  Maybe be your very first.”

VADA- “Not my first, but certainly the nicest D’Mario...but I need to get home before they realize I am gone.”

D’MARIO- “Just a little longer...I can give you something else for your birthday...”

Vada jumps up and runs of the little dock and to the head of the trail leading back to her house.

VADA- “D’Mario, you know THAT is not going to happen....ever. So forget it. The kiss was plenty. But there is something else you can do for me, if you are interested...”

D”MARIO- “So what is it you want me to do?”

VADA- “This guy that I met this morning, he was at the church.  I think there is something about the church that he was interested in, that may hold the key to who he is.  Didn’t your father used to preside over that church when you were small?”

D’MARIO- “Yeah, but there were some dark witches that came through here when I was about two years old and caused havoc and took over the church. After the were sent away by your uncle, Ronan Boedell, father was just too old and tired to reestablish the church. So he abandoned it.  What does this stranger have to do with the church?”

VADA- “I’m not sure, but for some reason he was asking about it. I want you to get a roster of all the members of the church when your father was there.  This guy is probably a little older than you, and he may have been part of those dark witches.”

D’MARIO- “And what am I looking for?”

VADA- “Anyone named Micah. He would have been around 5 or six.”

D’MARIO- Okay I will see what I can find, do I get another kiss before I go?”

VADA- - No, afraid not, I am all kissed out. But you find that name on the church roster and I will definitely give you a kiss for that!”
